My favorite Restaurant

"Al frío y al Fuego"

Al frío y al Fuego is a first and only floating restaurant in the Amazon that serves both regional and international food, located in the city Iquitos. The restaurant specializes in seafood , grill, cocktails and desserts using fresh, local ingredients from de Amazon rainforest and the river.

    It is located next to The Producers Market on 139 La Marina avenue and it has its own boat. They offer different dishes, for example: grilled fine loin, mixed ceviche, stuffed causa with fish and my favorite food is Lomo Saltado and it has onions, tomatoes, chili peppers, accompanied with french fries. I love go there.

My eating habits

Hello, my name is Robert and in this opportunity I´m going to talk about "My eating habits".

For breakfast , I usually have yogurt or papaya juice and bread with fried egg but also I eat fruit salad. I eat it with condense milk.

For lunch, I always eat rice with beans, peas or lentils and chicken, meat and hardly ever I eat fish. I dislike much it. Also I eat salad of differents vegetables. I love them and I prefer to drink water than refreshments or soft drinks (sodas).

For dinner I sometimes have three kinds of drinks, the first is tea, the second is coffee and the third is yogurt but also I eat bread with avocado or cooked egg with banana. Before go to bed I drink a glass of water.
