I´m student of International Business and Tourism at National University of the Peruvian Amazon My favorite Restaurant "Al frío y al Fuego" Al frío y al Fuego is a first and only floating restaurant in the Amazon that serves both regional and international food, located in the city Iquitos. The restaurant specializes in seafood , grill, cocktails and desserts using fresh, local ingredients from de Amazon rainforest and the river. It is located next to The Producers Market on 139 La Marina avenue and it has its own boat. They offer different dishes, for example: grilled fine loin, mixed ceviche, stuffed causa with fish and my favorite food is Lomo Saltado and it has onions, tomatoes, chili peppers, accompanied with french fries.
